Huter SGC 4100L

The snow blower petrol Huter SGC 4100L is intended for clearing of small territories from snow. The self-feed, is equipped with the 6.5 hp 4-stroke engine. Processing width for one pass is equal to 56 cm. The special lever it is possible to install the convenient direction of emission of snow. The metal screw can crushes iced over, dense or a sleet.

The working system of the Huter snow blower represents a snow intake trench with the screw and also the fan in the form of the impeller and a trench for snow emission (except SGC 3000). The unit is put in action by the four-stroke piston single-cylinder petrol internal combustion engine with air cooling.

Advantages of the Huter snow blower:

– The 4-stroke, petrol engine with the top arrangement of valves, is adapted for work at low temperatures, has sufficient power freely to cope with all loadings connected with work process of the snow blower and its movement. Is completely autonomous and does not need foreign power sources that does the snow blower mobile.

– Huter snow blowers are self-propelled (except the SGC 3000 model) and are supplied with the driving inflatable wheels having tires with a pronounced winter protector that provides reliable contact with a surface even in ice and does operation easy. The SGC 8100C model is equipped with caterpillars that gives still big passability.

– The electric starter (SGC 4800, 4800B from joint stock bank 12B, and at SGC 4000E, 4800E, 6000, 8100, 8100C from network 220B) allows to start the engine without excess efforts.

– Adjustment of the direction of emission of snow by means of the handle allows to do it quickly, almost on the run.

– Durable metal blades of the screw allow to crush easily even the packed and frozen snow and to reduce it in volume.

– Restrictive boots at the edges of a receiving trench protect it from damages and allow to regulate height from a surface to its bottom edge that allows to use the snow blower on a different surface.

– The bright headlight will allow to carry out works in the conditions of winter twilight (at the SGC 4000L models, 4800, 6000, 8100, 8100C).

– Heating of handles (at the SGC 8000, 8100 and 8100C models) gives the chance to manage the snow blower without special equipment in a frost.

– The planetary mechanism on model 8100C gives the chance of snubbing of one of wheels. “Hooks” on the control panel, include differential and stopping the corresponding wheel. As a result the snow blower is deployed itself, the operator does not make any efforts.

During the work with the snow blower it is important to remember:

– Switching of speed has to be carried out at a full stop of the snow blower and the lowered course drive lever.

– The running in of the engine and work idling can do much harm to the snow blower and increases wear of a belt of the drive of the screw.

– Operation at a temperature above 0os is possible, but we do not advise since snow becomes “sticky” and fills canals.

– Adjustment of ropes is important, influences a resource and has to be carried out by specialists.

– All Huter snow blowers have the paper filtering element and at temperatures near 0os can become wet and ice over. In that case it needs to be removed and “dried”.

– If the snowplow is stored in not heated room, after work it is necessary to clean it from the stuck snow.
