This welding mask is designed to protect the eyes from visible, ultraviolet and infrared radiation, as well as to protect the head and neck from sparks during welding operations. This type of mask is convenient because the light filter automatically dims when the arc is ignited. Such a light filter was called a “chameleon” because of its ability to darken automatically. The degree of dimming can be adjusted using the built-in adjuster, depending on the mask model.
